2023 Cadillac CT4 Price, Release Date, Specs – Before too many years went by, 2023 Cadillac CT4 Price seemed to have successfully outgrown its image as the “old man’s car.” Although the Escalade SUV and the CTS-V improved, GM’s premium brand still lacked precision and handled on par with its German rivals, despite the “art and science” design language. However, the AT4 was never intended to be the final defender of the BMW 3 Series.
Cadillac decided to give the compact luxury sports sedan market another go despite the ATS’s demise. The all-new 2023 Cadillac CT4 is a sporty and luxurious compact sedan aimed at a younger audience. The new and incoming CT5 in 2023 will have a size that is more in line with the ATS. The rear-wheel-drive sedan, which shares its base with the current sixth-generation Chevrolet Camaro, is Cadillac’s entry-level vehicle, and it sits below the CT5, which is also new.
2023 Cadillac CT4 Redesign
The CT4’s exterior design does not tread new ground with its elegant shape and athletic posture. As a result of its lengthy dash to the front axle, wide stance, and RWD arrangement, the 2023 Cadillac CT4 Price has that sought-after sport sedan design. Clearly, this vehicle does not have front-wheel drive. ‘ The brilliant external accents and the unique front grille with foil-stampings on the Luxury and Premium Luxury trims are just a few of the noteworthy design characteristics.
By contrast, the Sport and V-Series have darker accents and performance-inspired elements like rocker extensions, a rear spoiler, and unique wheel designs for those desiring a more sporty attitude. The V logo may be found all over a V-Series automobile. The vehicle comes standard with 17-inch wheels, although 18-inch rims are available as an option.
All CT4s come standard with LED headlights, taillights, and the vehicle’s characteristic vertical lights on all four corners, regardless of trim level. With its iconic three-box shape but more coupe-like rear pillars, the new ATS is more coupe-like than ever before. The bottom line is that it’s a good start, but we have to question whether Cadillac designers could have gone a little farther in their aesthetic efforts.
The 2023 Cadillac CT4 Price interior features a driver-focused cockpit with seating for up to five passengers, one of the first things Cadillac wants us to know. The primary display is an 8-inch diagonal high-definition touchscreen. From here, drivers have complete control over their vehicle’s technology. Keyless entry and start, leather-wrapped steering wheel, dual-display driver information center with rear vision camera, and LED interior lighting with stealth mode are just a few standard amenities. The cabin has leather upholstery (leatherette is shared) and other high-quality trim materials, such as metal accents.
Another example of high-tech 21st-century cars: the CT4’s all-new electronic design enables faster signal transmissions and regular system enhancements through over-the-air updates and increased cybersecurity. A prominent feature is the optional hands-free driving technology, Super Cruise. Cadillac intends to make this semi-autonomous driving technology available in all its cars very soon, previously just in the CT6 flagship.
2023 Cadillac CT4 Engine
Cadillac decided not to provide the CT4 with a V6 engine due to the recent trend of engine downsizing. Buyers will have the option of two four-cylinder turbocharged models. Engine and transmission are both automatic, with the standard 2.0-liter unit having 273 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. A 309-horsepower, 348-pound-feet-of-torque, 2.7-liter engine is an option, as is a 10-speed automatic transmission. Although the rear-wheel purpose is standard, all-wheel drive is an option on all models. There is an integrated exhaust manifold and an electric water pump in both of these engines and active fuel management.
An engine with 325 horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque has been unveiled for the CT4-V performance model. There are also four-piston Brembo front calipers and GM’s Magnetic Ride Control adaptive dampers, which are now in their fourth generation for RWD models exclusively.
2023 Cadillac CT4 Price and Release Date
As of this writing, Cadillac has not disclosed an official price for the 2023 Cadillac CT4 Price. Luxury, Premium Luxury, Sport, and V-Series are all available trims. With the Audi A3 and Mercedes-Benz A-Class offering similar entry-level costs, we expect pricing to start at roughly $33,000 when the model debuts. However, we wouldn’t be surprised to catch a fully-loaded CT4-V clock in at approximately $45,000 once all options boxes are checked.
